tuomas 0
Hi folks I just moved in Sapporo and I'm looking forward to a great season to start. However for that I need bindings for my new powder guns. Does anybody know if Marker Duke is sold anywhere in Niseko? Tried Inski, but they don't have any in stock. - fd

Yuki's Passion 1
go to niseko 343 - they were a good shop back in the day and I doubt much has changed
tuomas 0
Really? Thanks for the tip. Do you have any shops in mind that could have them here? I'm kinda newcomer in the city (and in the country for what that matters). - fd
Yuki's Passion 1
Sapporo? no mate sorry but bet other Sapporoites would be able to help. niseko343 dot com is their site. Good crew of people there.
tuomas 0
Sent email to Niseko343 yesterday, no reply so far. I figured it would be the best option in Niseko to find the Dukes. - fd
SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted December 9, 2008 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted December 9, 2008 Hi Finndevil Have you checked the info on this page http://www.snowjapan.com/e/niseko-guide/niseko-gear-and-rental.html Hope that helps
tuomas 0
Yeah, I've checked the gear guide. That's where I found Inski and Niseko343 in the first place! - fd
SnowJapan Admin SnowJapan 178 Posted December 9, 2008 SnowJapan Admin Share Posted December 9, 2008 There is a phone number on there, did you give them a call? Good luck!

tuomas 0
They got 'em at Niseko343, one pair reserved for me, so in the upcoming weekend look for brand new Dukes at the mountain. It's me attached on them! Thanks for help, - fd
Yuki's Passion 1
off all the things to look for to find somebody bindings seem to be one of the most unlikely good deal though. how much you paying?
tuomas 0
Got that right, as hopefully they're sunken deep into pow... 45000 yen. Fair deal. - fd
grungy-gonads 54
How much are they usually Finn?
Yuki's Passion 1
gg, ive seen them as much as 55,000 so thats a decent price. when we did the tgr group buy I think they were $350usd including shipping from overseas.
tuomas 0
In Europe they're something between 350 - 400 e. In that sense 45000 is a decent deal. Would get a better deal though if you got em with skis, for example Sugar Daddies + the Duke around 550 e = 66000 yen. Btw, any simple way to get from Higashiyama resort to Hirafu village, considering evening activies? What's the taxi activity there? - fd
Yuki's Passion 1
Higashiyama has been renamed Hirafu Village!! So youd wind up in the same place!
tuomas 0
Ok... That's news. Always thougth it was Niseko Ski Village (the one with Hilton tower), and the bigger would be Hirafu. Too complicated for a simple man like me! - fd
Yuki's Passion 1
Looking at Niseko from the left is Annupuri Kokusai, in the middle is Hirafu Village (Hilton), and the ride side is Hirafu.
thursday 1
the taxi costs 4K save that for beer.
tuomas 0
Thanks for clearing things up. 4k? Shhiiiit... Maybe I'll stick to the village. - fd
