Since they're the only item I'm buying this year (that includes not just ski gear, but ANY gear) they'll be custom fitted and bought regardless of expense. I don't care if they're the cheapest or the most expensive in town, I'm going to buy boots that fit me properly for once. I suspect this will be a two-full-day job, but I can think of worse things to spend my time doing.
