Best food on the mountain

Have been boarding a fair bit recently with old friends and new and found that katsu curry and a cold beer make for the perfect lunch on the mountain..

How about everyone else? And WHERE is the best katsu curry?

I think many resort food is bad. Some good of course, but it is different everywhere. I think best I had was when I work at Niigata. I went for daytip to Gala in Yuzawa and they had good meal. But expensive.

best food takasu snow park. crazy good meals sign up for their club and get a food coupon. fried filet Chicken pasta is yummy.

Had lunch at GALA when I went up before New Year's for a daytrip ... and indeed had the katsu curry and a cold beer! Very satisfying, but must say the local curry place does much better

 

It was also really expensive (maybe twice as much as you'd expect to pay out here in the Tokyo suburbs).

 

Made the mistake of trying the 'Malts' beer. Ew, not again!

I had very overpriced crap at Gala when I went there a few years back. They've either changed, or I made a bad choice.

the lasagna at alice (bottom of 47) was pretty tasty for 500yen. but def not enough for lunch.

Easily the mexican sando at Ryuo.
