And why do they have to do their connecting when they're flying? Surely it would be more fun if they didn't have to do all that flying and enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

 

I didn't know they spent most of their lives underwater as nymphs.

(I enjoy a meaningless and pretend emotional bias against photographers after repeatedly suffering an elitist that sneered at 99% of people with a basic camera and a simple desire to point and click and stick it in their digital photo album. If I dared show him my pictures or videos he'd huff a sneer of air out his nostrils and walk away mid way through. I now hate all photographers equally, its fun)

Praying mantis are excellent. Such strange looking creatures. I've only ever seen one in real life and it was fascinating.

 

Most insects are really cool - as long as they out of my house and on my body.
