Ocean11 0 Posted August 9, 2002 Share Posted August 9, 2002 "Peppermint". They have a rockabilly theme and serve Guinness. The mastaa, who has a wicked quiff, does some very fancy salads. There's a pert little barmaid works there of whom the French would say "Il y a du monde au balcon". Take the Chuo Honsen from Shinjuku to Suwa and it's back down the tracks a short ways behind the station. Link to post Share on other sites
