  1. You know I was intrigued to read the same article describing the Aussie invasion of Niseko the other day - I must say I feel numerous different emotions about the description of Aussies in Japan - I personally have never been to Niseko but am visiting in mid Feb for a couple of weeks - I must say it reminds me of Whistler in the recent few years with the amount of Aussie kids there that always created a vibrant party atmosphere - I suppose it is different in Japan though - I am attempting to learn some basic Japanese to get around feeling that it is the proper way to address the locals etc...
  2. Yo Yo Toque - I heard about that crazy event in Whistler - my bro is working there at the moment for whistler.com - he also said that a mate of his got stuck up on the Peak for the night - luckily he was with another friend and the sharing of body warmth seriously allowed them to survive the night - when they got back to Vancouver the body temps were 3 degrees below normal!!!!! One of them had fallen in the lake!!!!

  4. Yo all - Ijust read in the newspapers in Sydney that there was a quake in Japan - I quote from Sydney Morning Herald (big paper!!!) "A strong earthquake shook northern Japan early today and Japan's Meteorological Agency issued tsunami warnings. The magnitude 6.9 quake hit at 6.39am (0839 AEDT, 2139 Monday GMT) and was centered off the coast of Sanriku in northern Japan, the agency said. The agency said tsunamis as high as 50 centimetres could reach Japan's Pacific Coast." What the ****!!!!! Is that serious dudes??? was that near Tsondaboy's predicitons???????
