Also tree runs, wooded areas etc etc are great when the visibility drops becos trees provide a contrast in almost whiteout conditions. At times its more dangerous on the slopes than in the trees when its like that.

Go to Happo-one. Its big and has mainly easy, open runs. Perfect for beginners. Pretty good grub at the restaurants. However, it can get busy on w/e.
