Went to NZ last year and stayed with a friend, but for about a week he couldn't come along so was by myself... wasn't too bad, the main thing that sucked was the 1.5hr drive to/from the mountain every day -

After too much deliberation/working out what sis/gf want, it seems that somebody else went and bought the line ass. mtx pro, FT suggested the PE, but I can't find anywhere with a decent price who want to ship to Aus... Options are (for a 70-80mm waist ski) - Dyn. trouble maker (too soft for hard pack?) Line Chronic (same again?) Scratch FS (same again?) Volkl Expression(no idea!) Both of these around 75mm in the waist B2 - bit too damp? Atomic M:10 - too stiff for park maybe, but leaning towards it currently -
Is there a way to unsend a message to somebody (that hasn't been read?) I just sent out a couple of messages, and wanted to change the content, or unsend the message and send a new one, but wasn't sure if there was a way... Cheer s

Pow ski length
sava replied to sava's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
aussie/sometimes nz pow is horrible windpacked and yuck got some jap pow, but would like more - was on 177cm with 70 in the waist (length seemed fine, but wayyy too thin) -
About 185cm tall, would 172 be too small for a pow ski ?

http://news.com.com/Engineers+seek+to+teach+the+Web+new+languages/2100-1023_3-242309.html The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is working on a project that will allow foreign characters to become part of Internet domain names, which now only permit letters geared toward modern, Western European languages.

I think it's very sad that there was a fatality for inbounds, opened, terrain. -
Out of curiousity, for those of you who are japanese, what are some words you think are funny ? A while ago, we had a german exchange student stay with us, she would crack up every time she heard the word 'roundabout' (it's actually funnier if you say it with a german accent).
