OK so there's lots of shops in the Jimbotcho area of Tokyo, anyone have a favorite, one that you'd head to first? I'll be in Tokyo next week for a few days and want to take a trip down there.

I have a chance to live in either Gifu or Fukui city from August. Which would you choose? (I'm into skiing, but othe things are important as well - I suppose!)
