  1. If I had far too much cash to spare I wouldn't mind that, sounds like a top end game powerhouse that. Don't need all that power for emails,
  2. My g/f was followed by one for about 400m a while back. He would just not go away. Her destination? Koban? He soon went away once he saw her making a move to go in there.
  3. I missed all that cheeseman - what do you suggest?
  4. I got sidetracked after my first post there. Will be more careful I do feel very strongly on the issue of immigration however.
  5. Well I will admit to my mistake - sorry. I am not that aware of the refugee issue but I understand what you said in your post Thunderpants (thanks). My post was particularly directed at immigration.
  6. Not much time now either. As you surely know it is not a simple issue. Why not read the comments, then you will get some of the main points.
  7. How many do you accept? As many as your country can resonably intergrate into your society. >>> How many is that? Who decides on that? Do I get a say, being a taxpayer? Do you put a limit on that number? Yes, of course. >>> Oh, right. I see. If so, why? as a hospital puts a limit on the number of patients it accepts so should a country put a limit on the number of refugees it accepts. >>> You think that a hospital treating taxpayers in their own country is a comparable issue? Where do they live? Anywhere you can. >>> Un

  9. So do they decide right there on each morning whether they open up or not?
  10. There is a clear winner on this one. Tokyo Station > GALA Yuzawa Station. (Joetsu Shinkansen). 77 minutes. The GALA Yuzawa station doubles up as the Gondola station. You really can't beat that. All the other resorts in that town (Yuzawa) have shuttle buses (most are free) that go from the station to the resorts and they take from 5-20 minutes. (Naeba is further at about 40 minutes from the station)
  11. I think there are tons of things wrong with it. Off the top of my head: How many do you accept? Do you put a limit on that number? If so, why? Can anyone come? From which countries? Why those countries? How do you define the conditions? Where do they live? What benefits are they entitled to? Who pays for those? And for how long? etc etc.
  12. Well I'll consider myself "told" then. (Not that I care of course, being totally insensitive, ignorant, cruel, selfish, intolerant and likely racist, of course)
  13. I'm glad they caught this menace to society. Get out the helis and any other surveillance means available thats what I say.
  14. It sure is better than other countries (like the UK) accepting huge numbers of people every year. I don't know if I'm just being totally insensitive or out on my own here, but I don't see how it's such a bad thing.
  15. Yeah just a bit ott that one. made me laugh though
  16. Looks like you just need something to prove your birthday. Passport? B/D not written on gaijin card right?
