I hope this is OK to put up here. The HCC has officially been established and we welcome anybody to come and play. Training is every Thursday afternoon and games are played every Saturday afternoon. We also have a kids and ladies clinic every Tuesday.

If you get there in time you might be able to meet a few of the locals at the Hakuba Cricket Club. We play each Saturday for any one interested.

Dead, bloated, stinking whale on a beach!

They should just blow it up with dynamite like they did in America. Just don't stand around to watch -
Season updates

Standard real estate blurb but true, position position, position however price will determine your ROI at the moment with what the market is willing to pay in rentals. 20% is attainable but maybe not on a high profile property. Hakuba is a big valley and majority of investment and development here is Japanese so ski in/out is not seen as the number one option. Misorano has seen a lot of buildings going up in the last few years as has Meitetsu which is considered as the upper end of town for the locals. There are still bargains around for those in the know. Hakuba will be driven by the Japanese

It's the last day for the season here in Hakuba. Goryu was the only resort open with still good cover up top. Tshirt weather. Pretty busy up there. Downloading on the godola you can see them already using the water jump. Pack the board away and see you next year. (still plenty of snow for those that want to hike it)

Another beautiful day here in Hakuba today with the sun out and only a soft breeze (in the valley)

Another great day here in Hakuba. Bluebird with nice thick slush. The park at 47 is still going off. The most cars I have ever seen in the carpark but probably because it is still top to bottom and you have to down load at Goryu. Lots of people having picnics next to their cars. The park was busy but other than that there were no lines on the lifts.

Melbourne Australia. No desire to return other than to catch up with friends and family. Don't tell my mum though.

Good for the experience but on a 2 week holiday it is just too hard.
