nagpants - how do you like Korn's latest album?

Did anyone see that poor lady that got very very badly burnt when a drunk moron crashed into her car. He (the drunk driver) was pretty much fine and the lady in the other car is now totally disfigured. Went through crazy amounts of rehab and the like. There was an email floating around with a bunch of pretty horrific photo's and captions. I have never driven drunk, and i never will. There is no way I feel totally in control after even a couple of beers. Cones on the other hand..........

mikazooki's got it! I don't think fat people should have to pay more, but i think those who aren't fat should be allowed to take on more luggage and no get slugged with a huge fee.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this as well. I remembering hearing about it about a year or two ago. The original plan was to not have English sub titles. The viewer was supposed to be able to tell what was going on simply by the tone and body language of the actors. I haven't really been following the development of the film so I haven't heard otherwise. I would assume that they will put sub titles in. Otherwise it will be suicidal in terms of box office sales.

I read something about that happening last year in Niseko. I think it was in March. It was the Niseko Now! that i read last year i think. But yeah, it too said that it was sand that had been carried over from China.

A Perfect Cirlce were absolutely gangbusters. Definately as good as the last time i saw them. I picked the opening song - Vanishing. Good start up song i reckon. I got myself a really good position. Ranged from 3-5 people from the front barrier and slap bang in the middle. For a relatively mild band the mosh pit was pretty full on and crazy. I don't think i have sweated that much before. I was a tad dissappointed with "The Nurse Who Loved Me", but i think that had more to do with the sounds than the actual playing. All in all a bloody good show. I'll be seeing them ne

I'm going to see A Perfect Circle tomorrow night so i've been listening to that for the last week or so. I also picked up the latest one from Korn today. Looking forward to popping that one.

For those interested, i went up to my local today. He hasn't seen or heard of this happening before and so doesn't know how it could of happened or how to fix it. He is going to get in contact with the rep and see what he has to say about it. I'll keep you posted.

There is one exception to the Simpsons being in 2D. In the episode "Treehouse of Horror VI" there is that 3D section when Homer walks through the "mystery wall" behind the book case. That was a couple (well a bout 5 or 6) seasons ago. And yeah, Futurama does use some 3D.

Definately agree you there kamo. Both New Zealand's and Australia's flags are old fashioned and should be changed. They have no meaning anymore.

Loved the last installment of LOTR. That massive battle scene was just epic. Just wait until they release they the huge 20 odd disc trilogy set. Tons of special features in there.

My local shop is owned by my girl's brother, so ill go and have a chat to him. I couldnt even find an email addy on the Flow website. And i am going to switch over to the dark side, im getting some regular strap bindings. But ill say i will use the Flows as well.

Cheers badmigs. I think i'll email Flow tonight as well as going to visit local store. It'll be an interesting exercise to see if they respond, and if so, how quickly. I'll keep you posted,

bobby - it was definately closed properly before it popped open. Like i said before, it is very noticeable now when you compare the two bindings. If it was just a problem with me not closing them properly then they would be fine now.

Ray, it is very weird. I can't really figure it out. When it first happened i thought it was just snow caught in between, as db mentions. But that was not the case. So i've got no idea what has caused it. If i flick the the left binding down, then the right one, the right pops out very easily. Every time the binding opened i was doing a a pretty high speed toe side turn, or a quick toe side traverse. Basically when i was on my toe edge.

I didnt take many photos at all this time around. I went over with every intention of taking a heap, but i just didnt. They are pretty much all scenic shots and lines. Not overly exciting. But i'll probably stick some on my member page when i can be bothered. I want to scan a couple of normal photos in too.

I am yet to be spoken to about going "off course". I spent a lot of my time in Niseko riding off course and ducking ropes and the like and i never got spoken to or anything. I even had time to stop and take and take happy snaps. I didn't feel like a criminal either. By the sounds of it a lot of the Japanese resorts need to do a similar thing as in Niseko.

My older (cheaper ones) never popped open. They have seen a lot more days than my newer ones. The ones that have popped open were new last Aussie season. Seen maybe 40 or so days of use, so there is no way its over use. What worries me the most is that it is a small piece of metal that is causing it. Its one tiny thing that can cause one hell of a problem. I can what is causing the prob and tried fixing it, but with no luck. I was going to email them yesterday but didnt bother as emails rarely get replies. Im going to go to my dealer and have a chat to him and see what he says

As soon as i saw this topic and one reply, i knew it would be you ender. I have always used Flows and never had a problem with them until Niseko this year. The back part on my "pro" model Flows popped open mid toe side turn on more than one occasion and i was very lucky a couple of times not to end up in hospital because of it. So im getting myself a pair of strap bindings now. I dont think it is as easy as asking which is better - Flows or straps. Everyone is going to have different opinions on them and i'd say a lot of riders on here havent tried Flows before.
