I recently watched "Touching the Void". I wasn't too sure about it to begin with, but ended up really enjoying it. Pretty full on, but a good watch. It's based on a true story which always adds a bit to a movie.

Every now and again I get together with some old mates from school ad we'll go and have a beer. It's weird because out of our old group of friends none of them really keep in contact anymore. It's just these occasional gatherings. Everyones gone their seperate ways.

Thanks fellas. Mrs SBF and myself got married in January and then headed of on our honeymoon. We spent a week at Silverstar and then a week in Hawaii. We had terrible weather in Silverstar. Right when it started warming up and there was a really moist system going through. But it was still good to be on the slopes. Then did the tropical thing at Waikiki, Hawaii. So whats with this name change db??? How's the glorious UK weather treating you?

I've been listening to HED pe's new offering. Pretty solid. Definately back to the days of their self-titled album. The subject content is pretty crazy though. Also been listening to a bit of Jay-Z, Interpol and Groove Armada.

I never got into WOW. Diablo on the other hand. I love that series. Diablo 2 still gets a pretty regular play. It's way to easy to find yourself wide eyed at the computer screen at 4am.

I got mine in the mail today. haven't watched it yet though.

We just had a stack of rain here too. Pity it didn't fall in the catchment areas for the dams cause we are running out of water!!

I'm still on my Dan Brown bender. I'm now reading Deception Point. Not too bad, but not nearly as good as The Da Vinci code or Angels and Demons. I think i'll read P3 next.

Yeah those kangaroos have got a crazy hard kick in their back legs. I once counted over 100 dead kangaroos on the side of the road between Canberra and Jindy(only a couple of hours drive).

We are indeed having a fine season. PB is reporting 70cm's from this current system. Another looks set to arrive on Sunday night and I'm heading down for a 3 day weekend bright and early on Saturday morning!
