Another point here deebee is that there is snow in some places. But not much in many other popular places. Take a look at the Yuzawa page for more on that - there's no snow there hardly and it's one of the main Tokyo-ite places.....nowhere is open apart from the Kagura place that is packed out with so-so snow and terrible crowds. So----- give it another couple of weeks when there really is lots of snow and everywhere is open, and then you'll be hearing more Well you will from me anyhows.

Just got my New Year holiday from work sorted out. 4 days in early January, nothing at Christmas. But I asked for the early Jan hols - I belive that after the rush of New Year, early January is quite quiet on the hills.

Risking some "why don't you just go out there NOW" retorts, my Japanese friend went up to Naeba last weekend for some event and said it sucked big time. Hardly any snow, basically just that sucky man-made 500m jobby they have going. And it was also very busy.

deebee. I like you posts, good to read. It didn't take me to long to get used to it, but I'll be forever learning as I'm sure everyone will agree. The main thing is to enjoy it.

Home. Working. The week after is the start of winter for me. Hope the snow arrives this weekend.

Moguls are curious things, ain't they? I can't imaging loving them, but thats cool. I like to avoid them myself.

I'm hoping it will get good in time for next weekend.
