My friend got me one of these for my birthday. I think it was a hint I had put some weight on. Thought it seemed silly at first, but actually I have really enjoyed using it, and it has spurred me on to lose a bit of weight.... kind of bullying me into wanting to beat my usage each day. It kind of works in that way. It's nothing revolutionary of course, and I doubt I would slap down the cash they ask for it either, but it has been fun and it's really nicely done.

Problem with 7.1, even more so than 5.1 is.... where to put the speakers??! Obviously becomes less of an issue if you have a huge room to play with.

If I were building a house like snowdude or dumbstick, things like this would most certainly be on my list. If there's any money left over of course. Right now I have a 5.1 Onkyo. It comes up with some good sound actually, was about 40000 yen if I remember. Can't give it anywhere near decent power due to my neighbours being attached to me.

Well, taken in the details. Not excited at all really. Perhaps that's all to come.
