I guess you have never seen the trend the low riders? Even with jeans. It kind of does look stupid, it looks like they have taken a crap in their pants. Lol but my pants are fantastic and I will buy that size again -

My pants are like that. With many types of pants you get 3 options- tight fit, sig and team fit. Its not all about looks but I like alot of movement and I can promise you the big fits are alot more comfortable, for me anyway. I dont like how it sags at your bum but its only way to get baggy legs. Dont judge without trying! -
Waxing Lyrical

As ziggy said, iron on is the best. There are many types of wax for all different snow conditions and temperatures, you can get soft waxes and hard. I recommend you go down to a tuning shop and get your board or skis done and ask to watch them. Its alot better then the machined waxer, after one run all the wax is gone! -

too tall to ride....?
korbzy replied to gaijindrifter's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
I think you would want to be pretty tall if your going to niseko or else you will lose yourself in the deep POW! I myself am at 180cm 90kg and I wouldnt mind being abit shorter and lighter, it would make it alot easier in the air and you would go slower on the steep runs I pick up way too much speed compared to some of my mates. -

I Tell you what, when the snow making machines are blowing in your face on a ski lift, you just want to jump off its so painfull.

filming on the slopes
korbzy replied to gaijindrifter's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
You want waterproof cameras because of the condensation, changing from a cold environment into a warm one will ruin the camera. Only way to get around this is to slowly change the temperature around the camera by leaving it for a few hours inside next to a window. But I highly recommend waterproof. Good luck with finding a camera you like and I recommend you look for a wind cancelles and image stabiliser with decent zoom I hope this help
