The snow keeps on coming. And it is still windy.

Yesterday the ski area was reporting 32cm of snowfall by 3pm on the top Yamabiko area.

It has really been coming down at times (snowing) in the last hour. Naski has only been out at Hikage since 8am and is already wearing a snow hat.

A lot of snow overnight and with the bit since early morning during the day yesterday, the ski area seems to be reporting 44-55cm of snow on upper areas.

We have a lot of fresh snow! I'm a bit confused with the snowfall numbers on the official site this morning, so leaving them off here.

It is snowing very nicely this morning and really started to pile up over the last few hours.

Another layer of snow since yesterday, but it has gradually eased off around base this morning.

This morning the ski area is reporting an additional 30cm of snow overnight, so with the 10cm it reported yesterday at 3pm that is 40cm over 24 hours.

Good news on this Sunday morning... we have a nice, fresh layer of snow.

There has been some light snowing up on the top of the mountain. Uenotaira reporting 2cm.

The ski area says 1cm of snow up on the top Yamabiko area, but other than that no snowfall to report.

We have had some interesting contrasts in the last day or so. After that snow in the morning, we got to enjoy some sunshine... and we are back to snow overnight.
