Another nice clear day with mostly blue sky over the resort and no wind.

It is snowing moderately at village level and there is 5cm of accumulation on the ground.

It is great weather today with a mix of cloud and clear sky.

There is low valley cloud this morning so visibility will be variable, and the outlook for the day is for cloud with no snow predicted.

There is a coating of 3cm of new snow. Light wind is blowing around the village.

The sun is out amongst the big patches of blue sky in the high cloud.

The strong winds overnight have eased off and are now light to moderate in the ski village.

Furano Ski Resort has opened Kitanomine Zone this morning.

There has been another 6cm of new snow around the base of the ski area.

Some snow came through yesterday and there is 5cm on very light fresh powder at the base of the resort.

There was some wind in the evening and with it a small amount of snow.

It was a super cold start to the morning at -17c but has started to warm up to a reasonable temp.
