It is snowing moderately at village level and there is 5cm of accumulation on the ground. Conditions are calm with no wind. The snow coming down combined with low cloud sitting on the mountain means visibility will be variable unless the low cloud lifts. The temperature is a lot milder than recent norms and it is a sweltering -5c, which will rise slightly to -3c during the day. Both sides of the mountain are open for night skiing now - Prince Romance lift on the Furano Zone and Kitanomine quad chair on the Kitanomine Zone.
