MITO -- An 82-year-old woman who hit her husband with an ax handle because she believed he was having an affair was arrested on Wednesday, police said. Mitsu Horie, from Daigo, Ibaraki Prefecture, is accused of attempted murder after her 80-year-old husband fell unconscious in the attack. The eldest daughter of the couple found her father bleeding from the head in his bedroom at about 1 a.m. on Wednesday, and immediately called an ambulance. Police officers rushed to the couple's home and arrested Mitsu after she admitted to hitting him with an ax. Hell if you can get that far without one then you have done a pretty good job. Let the old man revel in the bosom of someother woman.
