If you mean verbal, then yes its mandatory everyday. My patience for authority decreases exponentially everyday, especially authority that you must respect without question. They demand you to salute them as a sign of respect but I cannot respect anybody that shows me none... so all that said is the driving force behind my verbal excercise.
