skidaisuki 0
Thanks SJ#3. I wasn't actually complaining - they all do a good job and their reporting is really valuable for making accurate decisions. The mobile site will get well used by me this season, too... skidaisuki 0
2 C and snow in Asahikawa this morning. Love it. Looking forward to the new reports today. The contrast between the 2 photos on the Niseko now webcams (upper slopes on saturday and lower slopes today) says it all...
thursday 1
Oh yes!!! "Well winter came to Hokkaido yesterday with snowfalls through much of the day and throughout the evening. A bit more snow is forecast for today but tomorrow should see it warm a little ahead of another cold front and we may get a little rain at village level. After that we can expect snow again for much of the week. I spent much of yesterday in Sapporo and it was even snowing down there. With only 10 days to opening day it looks like we have enough snow on the mountain now to last right through and set up the base for the coming season. So finally it's started and the good news is that it looks set to continue. Bring it on!! " Thanks Go Native. and here's the pic.. from Kogen
