Chriselle 158
Any time I see any of the construction guys with those silly slippers they wear I think of Workman's Comp. Steel toed boots is the law back home. Well, at least they got the helmet thing down here in Japan.
NoFakie 45
The forestry guys wear them too. The guy that chopped our trees down didn't have a helmet either. When he had a tricky tree to cut, he'd just lean the arm of his backhoe claw thing against it. When a cut tree caught on one still standing, he'd leave it until he cut the other one down. Great photos! That's two fellas in the bucket in the Niseko one? In muika's pic, the guy on the toilet doesn't even have a proper ladder. That's a step ladder which has been spreadeagled. I don't know if they even lock in that position.
