As support, the town is going to provide free seats on the airport -> resort liners for foreign passengers. Seats are available from Shin Chitose and Asahikawa airports, but you have to register online and leave yourself enough time to catch the departure if you need to clear customs. Reservations will be accepted from 1 October 2012 to end of March 2013.
