If you are needing to transfer then Airport Limousine is the easiest and quickest method. +1 here - limosine is pretty much faster than any of the JR lines if you are trying to access Tokyo/Yokohama area. The international holiday without leaving J-Land... a walk through memory lane for the ex-pats and new weird foods and western style apartments for non=passport owning Japanese.
