Hopefully with minimal damage this time, obviously the last thing they need while still searching for survivors from yesterday's 7.6. Mantas 3 Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 Sumatra and Samoa. Two very popular places for surfers to hang out. The south coast of Samoa has loads of resorts and surf camps there. One called Coconuts was completely flattened by the tsunami and a few Australians were killed including a 6 year old girl. Not to mention the many many locals. Link to post Share on other sites

Not to mention the many many locals. Seems the kids are the big victims in Samoa - very sad. I cant imagine - as a mother - being unable to save your kids, the utter despair you would feel.
