bobby12 0 Posted August 22, 2009 Share Posted August 22, 2009 he did the last 100M in 8.4 secs or so. standing start is obviously much slower than a flying start. he says he can do a 9.2sec 100M, which I think we will see as he was saying he was tired this week. some japanese dude who trains the j-sprinters was on the news saying that he visited jamaica 6 months ago to find out why they are so quick and 'learned nothing' as they were using training techniques that went obsolute in japan 10 years ago, and their facilities are poor standard. he said they just had strong desire to win. personally i feel that they have some new drug, as suddenly all the jamaicans are so fast.
