jared 0
I found that Amazon.com has lots of vids dvds for saale used and cheap 10-15 US$. I'm Gonna get some of them. Even at regular prices they seem to be cheaper than some shops in Tokyo.
OUfreeski2 0
Yeah I sussed getting some of the new ones from poorboyz but the shipping is about half as much as the vid again!!U get though I suppose!!
jared 0
check amazon anyway cos sometimes its cheaper from them than from the makers. If we all buy different vids we could swap and see more of them.
mogski 0
I am gonna get em all!!! One thing I cannot quite find reference to on many of the ski porns is wether they are region coded or not. Most of my PBP or others are not region coded, but the Ski Movies and others by MatchStick seem to be. Anyone else with this concern when purchasing from Amazon? Hey, Ou you got a trailer to that Oakley prodution?
jared 0
msp's ski movie 3 from amazon.jp is regionless eventhough they said it was US regon. U can always rip it to video disk with your computer and watch it that way
enderzero 0
I went to the premiere of Video Gangs last week. Got a chance to chat with Peter Line a little bit. Many other of the pros featured were there as well, including, Bjorn Leines, Joni Malmi, Chad Otterstrom, Devun Walsh and more. Anyway, the movie is pretty good. Some nice cliff shots and BC to go along with the normal abundance of jibbery. Of course it is really short. I have been watching my other videos as well...let me tell you I am getting really pumped up. But if you haven't picked it up, last year's Afterbang has got to be the best snowboard video ever made. Can't wait to see what they got coming this year. See the trailer for Lame here .

snowboard_freak 0
My lovely girl got me a DVD called "Truckin'". It's all freestyle, no free riding what-so-ever. It is a pretty good flick though. The NYC Road Trip bonus is worth the watch. There is also a Freebord section (read infomercial) which is pretty good and made me want to give it a go. Very convincing. Definatley worth a watch. I'm really looking forward to the new one from Standard Films. I think it's called "White Balance". They always have a good mix of big lines and freestyle. I'll definately pick that one up.
OUfreeski2 0
Jared, wot vids did you buy? I loaded up on the FREEZE subscription with the two volume vid mags. Also yesterday at the SOS store here the Eischer tour vid was there
Siem Reeves 0
we (jared and siem) bought the set of volume ski video mags but we're still waiting for them, so we'll just have to keep watching ski movie 1,2 and 3, further and solid powder till they arrive
jared 0
got the vids today and quickly realised we will have to get a new video player - we never watch video anymore and our machiene is crap - already chewed up volume 1 and snapped the tape. Video players are dirt cheap now anyway so its no big deas I suppose. After watching Volume 1 and volume 9 today I realised how far skiing has come in the last 3 years. mogski 0
Chimney? Yeah, but you gotta be about 5cm wide to get in it! With all your hair I supect you are severly diadvantaged!
jared 0
The old video players all yours grinchie - if you could pick it up it would save me lugging it down to the non-burnables shed. No chiminy though so I'll just leave it on my roof for you.
Mr. Grinch 0
My dear sir Mr. Jared, you are indeed the most charitable of gentlemen. However, erm...I do not wish to put too fine a point on it, but I am a member of the species grinchius maximus miserous. As such, I can neither accept gifts nor derive benefit from well-intentioned handouts...in a word, sir, I'd rather steal it! But thank you anyway. You are most solicitous.
