muikabochi 208
Does this once standard line still apply anywhere? Seems such a long long time to ask for something to arrive, especially something small. Now when I order anything I expect it within a few days if it's within Japan or a week from overseas. Modern life is making us perhaps a little too impatient. Or perhaps just we expect more?
scouser 4
I always hated that even back when.
big-will 7
Still see it mate. Though not as often I think people are much more demanding these days!

rach 1
I think it's much less now though maybe for big items. Amazon in the UK though is pretty slow compared to here (if you buy within the UK and get the free - slow - delivery). Last summer took about 5 days for my "in stock" package to come. If you pay you can get them in 2 days I think.
thursday 1
I really hope the concept of same day or next day gets going. It would do wonders for an ecconomy. But it sounds too much like hard work so I doubt it would ever catch on in the UK.
