Take a tablet or two each morning along with some ibuprofen for the hangover Although there is no ibuprofen on the slopes for me - not unless I want to bleed out! We take it with us any where we go and it is one of the biggest sellers with elite athletes for injuries and the blue rinse set for their arthritis. Yes it is a horse linament but don't let that put you off I have never found anything else that works this well. For those hangovers Berocca before you go to bed + a glass of water and one when you wake up. But we can't import them into Aus due to Quarantine regulations protecting our growers from disease....Papabear (the fruiterer and all round produce expert) reckons it has more to do with punters refusing to buy our bland narna's after they have had a taste of a yummy asian narna. Slaving away on 12 hour days, lifting rock hard banana bunches that weigh up to 70-80 kilos in the sweaty, humid heat of Queensland. Rats, snakes and spiders as well as being constantly soaking due to rain water gathering in the top of the bunch and when you cut em down that water runs right down the back of your neck and into your shoes!!
