Guess their ages quiz

Edit: This is a CNN site connected to ireport. Faces appear one by one and there are four choices of ages. You guess how old you think each person is and at the end they will calculate your score. No porn, music or funky sounds. Suitable for work if your boss doesn't mind you looking at pictures of old people.

Can you give us an idea in the thread. It's kinda annoying & don't like clicking without knowing what it is even if I can see it is CNN. Cheers. (Don't think sj likes this kind of thread either.

We're not particularly worried about it 69 (though just to help us out with keeping within our guidelines some kind of comment as well as the link would be good).

On the subject of links.... we do not want people to think of these forums to be used as some kind of "links directory". Sometimes they are fine, but simply posting links bring up a fair number of issues for us - especially when they are winter sports & japan related ones.

More and more as winter approaches we are going to be facing this issue and while we have a basic policy we're also going to be applying a case-by-case policy when it's "borderline".

We were discussing this today actually, and I'm sure we'll be talking about it again in the coming months.

Anyway, sorry me jane!

Off topic, don't want to spoil the thread ;\)

Warning, spoiler!

Security-wise, I don't think the lack of comment is an issue in this case. People either trust me to post appropriate links or they don't. A new member could write a comment about his snowboarding tricks then link to a dodgy site. 69, would you be more likely to click on his link because of the comment?

Site quality-wise, fair point SJ, forums full of link trolls don't really make for very good reading. Fortunately on this site threads that start out with a link, usually turn into interesting (well sometimes!) discussions.

SJ conflict of interest links. A big topic - guess we should save our opinions for the post SJ are planning at the beginning of the season. SJ, it's a difficult line you have to draw and I think you do a good job!

It's a difficult one. I usually get at least a few right with those she-male or Japanese-Chinese ones that were posted before. Then again even looking at the photos of the people I was in school with there could be twenty years between the oldest and youngest looking. I have one friend (33) who still gets asked for ID in the UK.

Interesting point being that people I went to school with in England are ALL now bald (all the boys and some girls too), fat (beer gut fat) and look like one foot on the scrap heap. They have all aged badly.

That's the last rocky horror picture show reunion I'll ever go to.

Soubs if you lived in the States, you'd probably be buying Size S clothes!

Actually Thursday, one of my old school friends came our to visit a few weeks ago and we were discussing exactly the same thing, looking at all our old friends on Facebook. Quite surprised by how many of the guys are bald and grey. Lots of people with expanding waistlines too but only a few really huge people - but I guess that's just cos most of my friends are pretty active.

Are there more balding men in Britain then? Seems like more women go bald in Japan than back home.
