How long does it usually take for mail to arrive to you?

 

It seems to vary wildly even from the same place with me. A friend sends some things from the US - sometimes it takes as little as 5 days, but sometimes 2 weeks.

 

Things from Hong Kong seem to get here in 4 days.

yeah, ive had a few variances too. usually about 6 days to/from NZ, but has taken over 2 weeks before. i think its shoddiness at NZ's end.

In general the japanese mail system is mint. open 24 hours!! takubin is great too. 1500yen to send your board home instead of lugging it around. arrives the following day. never dream of that back home.

Seems to take 2 or even 3 days though to get a letter from Hokkaido down to southern Japan.

I often send stuff to Australia, NZ, Canada, UK and the USA...usually it takes around 5 days maybe 10 max...sometimes it leaves here and gets to Australia quicker than it takes Australian post to deliver it!

I find it to be pretty regular actually. Seems to be about a week from both the US and the UK (maybe from the UK slighly quicker).

Usually if something ships on a Monday from the US, I'll get it the following Monday or Tuesday.

England seems fairly reliable for me 6 or 7 days. I don't often get stuff from other places, but when I order from Amazon.com it seems to take 7 or 8 days.
