  1. Princess Sas shall suffice thank you boys. Yep count me in for Gravity (after i freeze out on my rollerblades, that is) - who else is going? I'm busy teaching the skiers of Hakuba to speak English - will get on my mac and reduce sizes - will do it asap, because i know everyone wants to see the one of the dead animal - FT is it true you skied past it and didnt notice it???!!!
  2. FT - glad to see you were skiing on dirt too - on the hike out i was like "yo boys, don't tell FT i walked across this with the wife's skis on" - actually didnt walk across as much dirt as you are in that pic... which way did you go????!!! only one or two times on a little bit of dirt.
  3. HAHA would be awesome if i could post the mac slideshow, it's a whole different experience eh?! Will get onto the pics at home later, need to reduce the sizes etc. and select which ones to post... dont think i can post all 100 haha.
  4. haha go ahead CB - you could start a "top tips for how ski girls can keep osaka boarder boys under control" with a whole list of useful japanese phrases
  5. Yes will do, have some amazing pictures... Saturday was just epic - fast snow, good lines and quite a steep drop in at Happozawa - then tons of avalanche debris to cross, which was really interesting - documented almost the entire thing with photos. Will do it all later, when i have a bit more time - but also my internet connection at home may be cut... ahem... i didn't pay the bill yet... emm oops. Anyway, boys your photos look amazing, the snow looks unbelievable up there - don't think i could have made a 4 hour hike (maybe 5 or 6 hours for me haha) but one day...
  6. haha hmmm my "men" situation... under control? the backcountry boys are under control, tamed them and sprinted past toque the whole way up karamatsu - all i could hear was "wait... please wait on us!" from below and i still managed to take a prize winning 100 pictures exactly on saturday, with the boys eating my snow hahaha the oasaka boy, well if i could get my japanese under control, i might be able to get him under control too. all the "ichiban" talk was of course in reference to mountains and not boys i do love the mountains MORE than boys ps - great
  7. Also yaaah if the weather is bollocks, then i'm in for the park!
  8. CB - what time you arriving in hakuba tonight? maybe we can all meet at FT's place and make a plan for tomorrow. I'm up for the Happo line that FT is talking about (just to be clear not the infamous - crampons ice axe line... the other one) - Will is also up for it. Let's hook up tonight and work it out, cool??
  9. haha chill out man, i think we had this discussion last night - at which point i said again... i don't want to go where you are going, that's not what i was asking to do - i'm quite aware of the fact that i don't have crampons or an ice axe, but i do have the other stuff and i just want to get out there. looking forward to tomorrow, as long as the weather conditions are good! i was making a point in general about the boys club thing. i'm also not interested in who the feck is better the who, so what? give me a break FT... we haven't been out skiing for a while together... go back and argue

  14. c'mon boys you know you WANT a blonde ski chick in your photos from the mountains this weekend... and once i'm in EVERYONE will want to be in your backcountry crew, and you can say no to them, not ME hahaha.
  15. i understand - and i live in the mountains and i know... and i KNOW what you are talking about... it's fecking dangerous out there, and you've gotta trust people (by the way, i think you underestimate me)... but how much do you trust half the people you are currently making plans with on this forum (who don't seem to have gear and are borrowing it from you)... i know they don't know as much as you in the bc. as for miles and wes... you mentioned something about asking the evergreen boys earlier?????!!! it's like a boys club - everyone here is like yehhh yehh let's go, i dont see why i cant t
