  1. Yeah,I should be careful doing yoga in cold temperature probably. If my lower back getting worse after this weekend, I'll go to see a sports doctor.

  6. The forum was closed this morning and I checked the Hakuba webcams at 7am. I was very happy to see beautiful morning glow mountains there. Very nice.
  7. I'm thinking of getting to Hakuba on the 22nd, Friday night but there is a Christmas party in my office that night and I am a member of organizer... I'm not sure if I can sneak out the party but trying not too involved in this, so I might be ok, I hope. Hope to see you guys in Hakuba soon.

  12. I was skiing about 5hours yesterday. Fortunately my knee didn't hurt. I felt that my legs were stronger than last season, maybe my bicycling habit every weekend is effective. There is a little sore on my back today but I'm very happy with this little sore.
