I was out jogging this evening and it was really quiet - found a new route where hardly any cars pass in the evening. Anyway I noticed some really cool sounds - the best being the stereo sound of 2 small streams alongside the road. Love the sound of water like that. The frogs are good too but didn't hear any. I really love the sound of pigeons doing their purring thing in the morning (except on Sundays). Other cool nature sounds?

I look back on that above comment with some envy. Got some real bad hayfever that is really messing my eyes up, can hardly see. Body not feeling too good all round either/

The last week has been pretty bad for me. Quite a few people at work suffering as well. It's playing havoc with my jogging schedule as well.

My bestest fave fruit are oranges. Not sure why I put a "The" in there, I'm sure there was a reason back then

It does feel good. I often find if I let it slip for a while (few weeks), it takes me longer to get back up to the same level and can get frustrating. So from now on I'm going to keep it going all year round - even when I am back home.

That was an interesting watch. I think it's great that people are actually talking about this now, rather than just listening. And there is another side of the argument. Now there is a two way split, it's easier to look at both sides with a better amount of information - and maybe more people will start to think about it and research it themselves to come up with a balanced opinion.

How will you drive your board on a Wii I wonder. That is a fun game, the one I played at a friends I think was called SSX Tour. I was rubbish but it sure was fun. The next day we did it on real snow which was more fun!

My local cake shop seems to do a lot of re-balancing of things, mostly costs. In the last few years the same chocolate cake (my favorite) in my local shop is exactly the same as it has always been apart from two things: - it is now smaller than it used to be - it is now more expensive than it used to be.

You josh ebc - there's at least a few cm, right? How are the bottom slopes there? If it's not transferrable, I would go to Hakuba. I hear it is quite good there. (And there are some Aussie snacks too).

That Mii system is a fun idea. It seems fairly limited though, will they be able to update it and make the selections more varied with a firmware update?
