  1. That's it! Ashes back to Oz! You little rippa! Next goal has got to be a 5-0 clean sweep to really stick it up the Poms.
  2. C'mon Aussies!!! One more wicket to go and make that show pony Pietersen. The Ashes back where they belong!!!!
  3. Yeah the new red can Ebisu is sweet! Can't go wrong with an Ebisu. The best beer in the world in my humble opinion.

  5. Nice one pete. Looks like you had a great day at the WACA. Wish I could have been there! Good to see a bowler friendly pitch for a change after the endless batting paradises that have been the norm of late. Poms 4 down already so this game will defineately have a result. Carn Aussies!
  6. Why bother saying anything if you can't be positive or constructive Beanie? Big Cliff is a really good restaurant in Niseko. Pretty cheap Japanese food and drink. LOG1c, I don't know how tall you are but I think a 156 is too short to ride the powder in Niseko. I'd go for a 162 minimum to just to get you up and over the powder on the flatter runs. I always ride a 168 in Niseko and it's perfect for the conditions. I've never had problems with pass pulling in Niseko. The patrols seemed to be pretty chilled about off-piste riding up there unlike some places in Hakuba. Enjoy, and like previousl
  7. "touching base" yuck! just hate it when someone says it to me. So impersonal and Americanized and I'm not a fan of baseball.
  8. 1.Whistler-Blackcomb. The complete package! Terrain/off-piste/apres ski. 2.Niseko. The lightest/dryest powder in the world. 3.Can't seperate Nozawa and Happo. Both for different reasons. Nozawa for mountain/village/onsen. Happo for mountain/off-piste.
  9. Yeah!!! That's it. Aussies 2-0 up! Gonna be so hard for the Poms to make a series of it now. Not that they've made much of a series of it so far.
  10. England of old here! 4/74. We may still have a result with Warne turning it square. Carn Warnie!
  11. Deafeningly loud mufflers on scooters/bikes. I just want to pick up the nearest heavy object and hurl it at those tossers when they ride past.
  12. Aussies recovering here! Gilly looking better with each boundary.
  13. Yeah thats weird man! I was umpiring a cricket game all day today so I did not start this thread but I think Kagura is one of the best places to board in Japan. Kagura couldn't have been that good today.
  14. What I mean by struggle to find L size is if you went to the average ski shop and for example said I specifically want Burton P1s in red/black in L size the shop wouldn't have that binding 95% of the time. Of course you can get L size of some kind of model in most shops but if you want a specific model/colour combo you struggle. I've been having this problem for years in Japan not only with bindings but shoes, too
  15. If you are L size then buy before you come as you struggle to get the big sizes here. If you are M or S then you could buy in Japan.
  16. If money is not an issue go for the Burton P1's. Most staff in board shops seem to rate them the highest. If you're on a bit of a budget you can't go wrong with the old faithful Missions. I had a set for 4 seasons and they are just a good, solid value for money binding. I bought the new custom brews last week. Can't wait to try them out at Hakuba come Jan 8th!
  17. One test down, 4 more whippings to come. And I thought the Poms had some fight in them after yesterday!
  18. Yep. 3/53 we'll take that, chasing a bucketload. Another good day for the Aussies! You can't keep a champ like Glen McGrath out of any big game situation. He thrives on them.
  19. 602 declared! If we can snag a couple of wickets before stumps tonite we'll be well on our way.
  20. Only place to get waves in Perth in summer is Trigg point, but you have to share with 50 guys and if you drop in on any of them they wanna rip ya head off. Stricklands at Rotto has excellent waves in summer, but that dark, deep water and the 10 min paddle out there scare the crap outta me now.
  21. Indosnm. What do ya mean just another silly website that caters for pc users? It's the only way you can watch live cricket in Japan! Not silly at all in my opinion, a bloody great idea for cricket lovers.
