The board of the giant snow wang lol?

I have a core profiling bed that is adjustable , I have 10 core blanks ready for my first batch. You need a template so you can produce multiple boards exactly the same shape, it also makes core shaping easier as you can just run an offset router bit along the template to create the finished core shape. I am using a press and am probably half way through my first production run. It sure is fun building boards. Shoot me through some info on your design when you can. Im keen to see it

I hope cds do die off cause they all end up scratched and unplayable. There needs to be a better way of having a physical product with music on it that does not become unplayable so easily. This one is for the locals I guess. I am an aussie and I want to buy a nissan elgrande and import it to Australia. I figured I could possibly kill 2 birds with the one stone by buying the car immediately upon my arrival to japan on my next years holiday, use it for the duration of my holiday and then ship it back over when I leave. It seems to make perfect sense as i will get the car cheaper than I would at home, I actually get to inspect the car rather than relying on a salesman and it gives mobility in japan for my holiday which is going to be 4-6 weeks hopefully. 9/10 times the music wrecks the video anyway IMO. Ditch the music and people can either turn the sound down or put their own music on.
