I hear you JA, I was actually meaning more Niseko than Furano. -
Not so much because I spent a while in London and then my mother is not so well and so I was looking after. But I did enjoy 4 days in Yuzawa area in late January after all that snow, it was as much as I saw before.

I have never been up there but planning to this year. Perhaps I will be one of the only Japanese there? -
When I was younger I spent 1 month in Shiga Kogen. Lots of fun but I was really wanting to travel and find out about more places. I think I prefer finding new places.
