Interesting page that Who's Online. well yeah, but i also have google tabs so i have like ten pages open right now. Interesting thing facts.

oooh, sorry, read the edit,i kind of answered the point Basically its a trial operation and truth be told i doubt the japanese markets really going to sway them into keeping it as a policy forever and ever, but the hope is the more people that are interested the more likely they retain it. Pretty straightforward. I want them to retain it because i genuinely think itll be good for the consumer (ie. me and you). I mean right now, its still around 100 dollars cheaper ordering from the US than buying straight here (or in my case, korea). This takes it to $200 cheaper, which is honestly a massive

Truth is, I just want everyone on this and making it popular so they think that international free shipping is a good idea in the long run and keep it for longer than a trial!

I just bought a quiver killer off ebay (it was 125 bucks, so how could i refuse). Used shipito to get it to korea and all in and packed down to take up as little area as possible, it cost around $120 dollars to ship. Its definitely a nice alternative right now, but thats still not including tax (which was 40,000 won - about 40 bucks). Still, i managed to roughly level out with the average capita pric

which is why its a very big kick in the teeth to retailers and why many people are going to put a lot of pressure on brands to drop sierra. When you factor in as well that the boards are already cheaper buying from them than buying in japan/korea/australia even without free shipping, youre talking maybe an effective 30-40% cut at the start of the season. Thats utterly unacceptable many people Its also seriously interesting to see whats going on next year. I think they said a while back that technine and stepchild are going to be sold by them. They seem to do alright with nitro, so i c

i think theres a few that have exclusivity agreements but its not all. Basically burton et al (analog, red etc), mervin as well i think. But lots of brands like yes, capita, nitro, bataleon, and neversummer dont seem to have international restrictions. Pop to any US board site - sierra, dogfunk, bc etc), and if theyll ship it internationally you know they wont have that type of agreement. Maybe a lot of them didnt have one though because the market was proportionately tiny. stuff may now be in a transition with this action. Its definitely going to be interesting to see what stock sierra have c

id take it as read that its their usual fedex carrier. I think the saving is from 80 bucks for a board to around 160 or so if youre getting board and bindings. You have to probably also factor in (at least this is true in korea) that your import duty is calculated after shipping costs have been added. To give you a rough idea. I bought a sierrascope from them when it was 300. Shipping and import duty alone brought it up to 460. Now itll cost me 360. Thats just the board. I also bought union forces for full whack, and had to pay a pretty astronomical sum on those and a pair of boots - came to a

its 100% good or bad depending on what you want. Its a pretty neutral statement in truth. If you want lots of gaikoku amenities/comforts/social events, its not really happening. If you want something to GET AWAY from all that and somewhere a bit less crowded than nozawa and the like, then myoko will be right up your street. -
its okay. My advice to you is on your first run pick a time you think itll take you to get onto that gondola and get tickets for it ORRRR, get your ticket, go for lunch, come back in time for easy lift queue. Also, dont treck from one side of the mountain to the other unless you have skis. Itll just bug the crap out of you.

if i dont know the place that well id rather just stay there a few days and move on. Nagano is pretty cool for that if you have a car. Get bored of myoko (well, its virtually nagano), pop to nozawa, then hit up shiga, or just nip over to hakuba. You could base yourself in nagano city and not be bored for a hell of a long time. But truth be told, i did all that this year, im really stoked i finally got to hit nozawa this time, but the pull of niseko and its surroundings is way too strong. I spent 4 days there and that was nowhere near enough time. I knew pretty much i made a misstake dotting

Muju - sucks in general only day trips when im really needing sb love. Probably rate it a 3/10 Hakuba - meant to spend a day and then go elsewhere, ended up spending almost a week there. Also landed in the middle of a gigantic dump. For pure drinking id give it 10/10. Dont think i spent a single day sober. As for the rest, i put tsugaike in my top 3 worst rides ever, goryu/47 was pretty much same old (but with more powder), and never made it to cortina like i promised myself (since last year) i would. 6/10 Nozawa was raining. Nozawa was also still amazing. It was my first time there

i had a season pass there last year. They are crazy short of foreigners, but its seriously awesome. Theres also something really special about the atmosphere of the place. It looks like it died on its arse about ten years ago and everyone just kind of gave up on it. Its a shame too, because signihara is serioulsy beautiful, and i love their policy of letting you duck under whatever rope you like and ride under any lift you like so long as you know youre liable if they have to rescue you. Still, it is as you say a teensy bit flat, and when it hits slush season theres honestly nothing worse than
