From the Inawashiro Bandai Kogen IC exit of the Banetsu Expressway, turn right onto Route 115 heading north. Continue on Route 115 for about 22km until arriving at the turn off for Minowa, signposted as Prefecture Road 70 and Yokomuki. Turn right off the main road, and then turn right again to get to the Minowa ski area.
From the Nihonmatsu IC exit of the Tohoku Expressway, turn right onto Prefecture Road 355 and then within 200m turn right again onto Route 45 which goes through Dake hot spring. Continue until the turn off for Route 115 towards Inawashiro after about 14km. Continue on Route 115 for about 11km until reaching a turn-off close by Minowa and then follow the signs to the ski area.
