2026-2027 season information

Information status
Not yet updated

Grandeco Snow Resort is a ski area located in the eastern region of Kitashiobara Village in Fukushima Prefecture.

The area north of Mt Bandai usually receives the most snow in the region. As a result, Grandeco has traditionally been able to remain open in the spring until early May but in recent years it has closed in mid-April.

The Number 4 quad lift has not been operating since the 2021-2022 season and is not shown on the official course map. So currently, this ski area has three quads (1508m, 1011m, 1138m) and the 2392m 6-person gondola.

When it opened in 1992, this ski area was originally known as Grandeco Ski Resort. The word Grandeco comes from the local area name Decodaira.

Since 2023, the resort (hotel and ski area) has collectively been known as EN RESORT Grandeco. However, it seems the ski area is still officially known as just Grandeco Snow Resort. (Maybe).
