Inawashiro Bandai Kogen IC on the Banetsu Expressway is the nearest expressway exit to Grandeco and a 30-35 minute drive in good conditions.
From the Inawashiro Bandai Kogen IC exit, turn right onto Route 115, heading north. After 3.5km, branch off to the left onto Prefecture Road 2 (look for the sign on the left-hand side) and continue on that road for about 4.5km until reaching Route 459. Turn left onto Route 459 and continue for about 7km until reaching a road sign for Grandeco. The road signpost is for Lake Onagawako. Turn right at this point and follow the scenic road by the lake for about 8km up to the Grandeco Snow Resort base car park.
