As did yesterday with the clouds clearing and us ending up with blue skies over the region. Lovely day and great snow conditions. So it's cold and the snow we do have is keeping in good conditions and this morning the sun is out with more cloud than we had yesterday. But it's going to be another fine day. A busy day too with weekenders turning up. One of the busier weekends of the season too, with Monday being a holiday here. It might get busy but conditions are very good. Hope you can enjoy it. The latest Madarao Now report can be found here . After some sun yesterday, this morning it's snow. 20-30cm of it according to the resort, 20-25cm on the cars outside to move. And it's another of those very cold mornings. Snow conditions are excellent. The snowfall probably won't last the day today though and then we are on for a few days of clearer skies according to the forecast. It's going to keep cold and so the snow conditions should keep through until the next snow. Less busy this morning but still more people than on a normal Monday. Tomorrow is a 'normal Tuesday' so we should be back to weekday mode. Not as much as I thought we might get overnight especially as it was really coming down over in areas to the south, but anyway up to 10cm or so here in Madarao overnight and it is snowing now. Limited visibility due to the snow. By tonight the clouds should have dispersed and then tomorrow we should be starting the day with clear skies. Lots of sun forecast along with that warm up that I mentioned. Still hoping for snow into Sunday and a fairly quick return to proper winter temperatures. We might have to put up with a bit of rain before the snow though. Oh yes, not only have the clouds from earlier on and it is now lovely blue skies over the mountain, but we have a lot of fresh new snow to play in this morning as well. The resort are reporting 40-50cm on the mountain. Strong winds overnight meaning the snow has blown into those tree areas. The powder Tree Run courses should be particularly good this morning. Should be a top day. Wrap up well and enjoy! The latest Madarao Now report can be found here . Lots of cloud around this morning, but they seem to be deciding to leave after giving us another 15cm or so of fresh snowfall overnight. Resort is reporting 15-20cm on the mountain. After a bit of wet on my head last night the snowfall is a relief and I look forward to getting out there this morning. So it looks like it's clearing up and more blue sky on show. Tomorrow though, warmer conditions ahead and a good chance of a bit of rain again too later in the day I'm afraid. Poor visibility this morning as it continues to snow though may clear up later on.
