The snow keeps falling today; as I type the report it's almost gloomy (but when the fog is actually snow, there's nothing depressing about it!).

The real Myoko is here! Deep, deep snow (80cm and counting).

The snow is back on, and the temperature is down in Myoko today.

A beautiful sunny Christmas Day in Myoko. Beautiful sparkly snow all over the surface (great big flakes fell late yesterday).

Snow! Not a massive fall, but a nice coating of new fresh stuff to recharge the hills for Christmas.

Back in Myoko, just in time for the first major dump of the year!

Well, the pre-season - or should I say, some lingering pre-season work - had me not in the snow, but near a sunny beach resort in the tropics.

Snow kept going overnight here in Myoko; I'm going to add a bit to this morning's recorded fall so we get to our recorded total depth of snow for these two days.

I think we can say the snow season has officially begun.
