It did get cloudier as the day went on yesterday.

So... yesterday. Rain, clouds, some sunshine, some rainbows.

There is a bit of fresh snow being reported by Goryu (5cm), Happo-one (3cm) and Cortina (10cm) and some fresh to be seen to areas around base levels too.

After the wild start to yesterday and snow, it turned into rain in the daytime (?!) before turning back into snow later on.

We have some interesting conditions this morning. Not the coldest of mornings, but a bit wild.

Lots of cloud around yesterday with light snow falling in places (and at times), but some clearings in the clouds as well at times.

No fresh snow to report for a few days.

After a day of snow and wind yesterday, there's some nice fresh snowfall headlines this morning.

Going back to yesterday, in the afternoon we enjoyed a sometimes dramatic mix of cloud, blue skies and sunshine - beautiful views for some folk, all depending on where you were at the time!

Morning from Hakuba, and what a morning it should be!

Yesterday the clouds continued to clear leaving us with some bright sunshine and mostly blue skies in the afternoon. Lovely.

Yesterday the snow kept falling on mountain and winds caused some issues - and made it feel extremely cold - but this morning things are calmer.

Morning from Hakuba and after a day of snow yesterday it continues to snow this morning. Yey!
