It's gonna be a bright, bright sunshiny day...again!

A beautiful day for powder lovers, and snow lovers in general.

What a day! Started out cloudy this morning, then about an hour ago, it suddenly cleared.

Another day, another 10 cm. I'm still impatient for the first dump of the season, but darn if these little bits of daily dust don't add up to great stuff.

A bit of snow. Cold temps. Sudden closure of the Gondola just before opening.

After a lovely, snowy day yesterday, Mother Nature decided to have a little fun at our expense.

A glorious day if you like snow. It's a-snowin' & a-blowin out there. Viz is still 500 m, so this is perfect conditions as far as I'm concerned.

Another day. A bit more snow. Nothing epic yet, but those little days sure do add up.

Not much change from yesterday, frankly. Nice and cold.

Looks like it's going to be a great day! Cloudy earlier, but clearing now.

Got some more snow overnight. Starting to pile up around town.

Quite the international New Year's scene here in Furano.

Things are looking great today. Only 10 cm so far, but there is a "Heavy Snow Advisory" in effect for the whole day today.

It snowed most of the day yesterday, and it's been snowing quite steadily for the last several hours.
