Hello from Shiga Kogen.
It was really cold early morning and while we will have sun today snow conditions should be keeping very nice this morning.
Ski areas aren't reporting any snow this morning. The snow in my report is left overs from yesterday (post report yesterday).
If the forecasts are correct, we might get more snow (and a decent amount of it) later tomorrow and into Wednesday.
