Good morning from Nozawa.
A good old traditional-sounding 30cm of fresh snow being reported by the ski area (and a curiously low number for base areas) meaning we should have some fine conditions to enjoy this morning. Quite cold too.
Wind is a bit of an issue this morning with some lifts operating at reduced speed. At time of writing the Uenotaira quad is on hold.
Light snow falling just now with more due into tomorrow (possibly heavy at times).
Night skiing at Nagasaka tonight until 8:00pm, weather permitting.
Great stuff! Let's winter!
