Good morning from Nozawa.


It's a decent start to March with 10-20cm of fresh snowfall across the mountain, according to the ski area.


It is currently snowing lightly and it seems we can expect some potentially 'heavy snow' overnight tonight and into tomorrow morning. Yes please!


Currently just over 0C at base.


Fresh snowfall since yesterday morning (reported by the ski area):

Yamabiko: 18cm

Uenotaira: 20cm

Hikage: 10cm

Nagasaka: 10cm

Karasawa: 10cm


Official snow depth numbers (reported by the ski area):

Yamabiko: 215cm

Uenotaira: 190cm

Hikage: 70cm

Nagasaka: 70cm

Karasawa: 45cm
