New snowfall at base 33cm
Snowfall at base this season 1388cm

It's almost perfect out today; nearly 30cm of fresh snow overnight on top of what we got through the day yesterday, the clouds lifting to let the sun in; a forecast that says more snow ahead.
Was it really raining a little while back?
March has a way of doing this, giving some great powder just when most of the international crowd has given up and headed home.
I'm not sure if this sun will hold, too; there are some pretty good cloud banks off to the north. Well, the sun is nice, I guess, but cloudy days don't give you sun crusts (and snow isn't delivered in the night by pixies).
